PE printed composite substrate film is used in the field of flexible packaging. PE, as a heat sealing layer, requires good heat sealing performance and surface corona treatment to meet printing and composite requirements. Due to the trend towards environmental protection and recycling, traditional dry composite processes have been eliminated, and now solvent-free composite machines have been introduced to solve the problem of solvent volatilization residue. At the same time, it has improved production efficiency, with a maximum speed of up to 500 meters per minute, which is six times faster than traditional processes, meeting the requirements of solvent-free high composite and high-precision color matching for high-speed computer printing machines. In addition to the stability of the equipment itself, there are increased requirements for the uniformity, flatness, and surface tension of the film thickness.
