1.1.1 Overview
1.1.1.1 Project Name: Hubei Binxing Biological Plastic Film Blowing Project Equipment
1.1.1.2 Project location: Suizhou City, Hubei Province
1.1.1.3 All work contents including system supply (including supporting PLC system), control cabinet, debugging and operation, and acceptance, and providing corresponding technical and after-sales services, must meet the requirements of this technical document and relevant standards and specifications.
1.1.1.4 The quoting unit shall provide a detailed quotation for the design, supply, transportation, loading and unloading, insurance, 13% tax, installation guidance, commissioning, training, and corresponding technical services of the equipment in this project. The contract equipment quotation shall include the names, specifications, models, manufacturers/places of origin, quantities, and unit prices of each sub item of equipment, materials, spare parts, special tools, etc.
1.1.2 Responsibilities of both parties:
1.1.2.1 Our company is responsible for positioning and installing the equipment according to the guidance of your technical personnel, and for delivering the main cable to your company's distribution cabinet;
1.1.2.2 Your company is responsible for the internal cables and wiring, debugging, and training of the equipment;
1.1.3 Equipment quantity and requirements:
1.1.3.1 Equipment name: Plastic film blowing machine (applicable raw materials: fully biodegradable and PE)
1.1.3.2 Model: 2500 type single extrusion 75 screw (5 sets), hourly output of 3.5 tons/24h, product thickness of 0.5-3 threads, main fan of 7.5KW, dual platform 8-roller with servo automatic cutting, equipped with Mick weight, mixing, spiral feeding, solid state relay. It is recommended to choose the Ourui brand for the frequency converter brand.
1.1.3.3 Model: 1600 double-layer co extrusion 50 screw (3 sets), hourly output of 2.5 tons/24h, product thickness of 0.5-3 threads, main fan of 4KW, dual platform 8-roller with servo automatic cutting, equipped with Mick weight, mixing, spiral feeding, solid state relay, frequency converter brand recommended to use Ourui brand.
1.1.3.4 Two devices cannot exceed a width of 7.2 meters and can share one staircase.
