1. Industrial automation - PLC and touch screen communication are used to achieve manual settings, with the need for IoT extended data collection and management in the later stage.
2. Adopting weighing module and calculation, standardized control of online measurement and weighing of food, with power-off record keeping and network communication functions.
The maximum design value for measuring and weighing is between 10-25KG, and the external total hopper is designed for 200KG, requiring an external support platform.
The fan adopts a high-pressure multi wing structure, and according to the distance of the fish pond, it adopts a variable frequency speed regulation between 5.5KW and 11kW.
The hopper is made of 304 stainless steel material, which has corrosion resistance and durability, and is suitable for external site environments.
During the insurance period, one fish pond is equipped with two weighing meters, which can be used together or intermittently. If the other one malfunctions, it will not affect the overall operation,
