Display processing system ECOCON 6000
The X-RAY 6000 PRO includes a data display processing system ECOCON 6000o with a 22 inch vertical color touch screen display. The ECOCON 6000 can be conveniently and intuitively operated through the touch screen on the display. All measurement values are displayed in the form of a combination of numbers and graphics, and real-time trend charts and statistical data are provided.

Automatic control mode and joint control of cold/hot ends
With the equipped control module SET POINT, the production line speed and extruder screw speed can be quickly and accurately controlled while taking into account the minimum value of product parameters. The machine head can also be automatically adjusted through other signal outputs. In order to ensure the best product quality while reducing excessive material consumption, SIKORA recommends using the cold/hot end joint control hall HC 2000, which can be used in conjunction with X-RAY 6000 PRO, LASER 2000 series or LASER 6000 series. The application of the cold/hot end joint control module HC 2000 can continuously calculate the shrinkage rate of materials and automatically incorporate this factor into the automatic feedback control of outer diameter and/or wall thickness.
Automatic centering of extruder
In the production process of rubber tubes, X-RAY 6000 PRO can provide measurement values for automatic adjustment of wall thickness eccentricity. Through the application of this technology, there is no need to manually adjust the deviation. In addition, continuous online control ensures good concentricity of the pipes and uniform distribution of pipe wall thickness.
