When the roll diameter of A3 and B3 materials decreases from large to small until the end, A1 and B1 start working in a cyclic manner. If the nano aerogel felt is produced and has high temperature resistance and fluffy performance, 1 # winding is selected. 1 # winding uses conveyor belt surface friction, single station winding, no shaft loading and unloading structure, and the jacking mechanism on both sides moves synchronously from left to right, and the distance is adjusted according to the material width. With the change of the diameter of the coiled material, it automatically moves up and down, always keeping the material in contact with the conveyor belt.
S3, After the material reaches the set meter, the buffer storage mechanism automatically rises, and the cutting mechanism begins to operate. After the automatic cutting of the material is completed, it is removed by the 1 # conveyor platform and loaded and unloaded by the crane.
S4, If high temperature resistant aerogel sheet is produced. Choose the 2 # winding machine, which has a dual station of 4 rollers for winding. The surface friction method is used for winding, and there is a shaft loading and unloading structure. S5, After the material reaches the set meter, the buffer storage mechanism automatically rises, the cutting mechanism starts working, and the pressure roller mechanism presses the material.
