On July 5, 2025, centering on the industrial application of new bamboo fiber degradable materials, Hubei Jinzhongde Technology Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. officially submitted to the China National Intellectual Property Administration a new practical patent application for "a tape casting equipment for bamboo fiber degradable materials".
This device focuses on the key molding process of bamboo fiber based biodegradable materials, and optimizes and innovates traditional casting equipment to address pain points such as poor adaptability to natural fiber materials, unstable temperature control, and low film consistency. Through a unique feeding structure, temperature control system, and multi-stage stretching device design, this equipment can achieve efficient preparation of bamboo fiber degradation materials in terms of continuous, uniform, and controllable thickness.
