湖北省金中德科技機械設(shè)備有限責任公司研發(fā)的薄膜厚度和定量在線測量儀，采用低輻射 Soft-X Ray 技術(shù)，先進的分析算法和計算機數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)，完成對薄膜厚度和定量的在線精確測量。
The film thickness and weight on-line measuring scanner is researched & developed by Hubie jinzhongde Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. Adopting low radiation Soft-X-Ray technology, advanced algorithm analyzing method and SCADA system, it is successfully applied in the on line accurate measurement of film thickness and weight.
Soft-X Ray 放射量低，而且隨電源的關(guān)閉放射性即可消失，是符合國家環(huán)保免檢要求的高科技光電子檢測儀器，無需辦理放射性專用許可證等手續(xù)；由于放射量可控，因此測量范圍寬，并有可調(diào)性，精度高，是替代固定放射源的一項新技術(shù)。
Soft-X Ray is low radiation and the radioactivity will disappear upon turn-off the power. It is high tech photoelectron detector in line with the state environmental protection inspection requirements, and no need to apply for a special license for radioactive. Because radiation quantity is controllable, so the measuring scope is wide; as well as adjustable and high accuracy, it is a new technology to replace the stationary source(for exam:Kr85 ,pm147 etc).
本測量儀器是專門設(shè)計應用于薄膜生產(chǎn)線，通過反饋信號自動控制模頭螺栓，使薄膜厚度均勻，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，降低原材料消耗。
This measuring scanner is specially designed for applying to film production line. Auto-control die head bolt by feedback signal, it makes the film thickness uniform, so as to improve production quality and reduce raw material consumption.

1) 高精度，非接觸在線薄膜厚度、克重測量 ：厚度測量精度 CD（橫向）方差值+0.1um,MD（機械方向）精
度+0.3um;克重測量誤差小于 0.5%；
1)High accurary , non-contact on-line film thickness and weight measuring: thickness measuring accuracy CD (transverse) variance value is +0.1um, MD (machine direction) accuracy +0.3um; weight measuring deviation less than 0.5%.

5)Adopting the framework of Ethernet client-server, the new developed HHE-TJ2015(V1.3) version system can realize multi machine operate, remote diagnosis, DCS &ERP data sharing, etc. With the use of micro material automatic weighing system (HHE-ABS) independent developed by HHE together, it can realize full automatic feeding of production line, single probe multilayer thickness measurement, quality management and process control.
