In order to accelerate the independent research and development process of core intelligent detection technology and improve the intelligence and precision level of domestic equipment, Hubei Jinzhongde Technology Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2016 to jointly develop the "Infrared Vision Three Dimensional Imaging Detection System". The system has successfully obtained the software copyright registration certificate in 2020, registration number: 2020SR0917835.
This system integrates various technologies such as infrared spectroscopy recognition, visual image recognition, and 3D reconstruction, breaking through the technical bottleneck of traditional 2D detection in defect recognition of complex surfaces and curved materials. It can be widely applied in high-precision and cutting-edge fields such as high-end functional thin films, new material detection, and electronic device detection.
As a model project of collaborative innovation between industry, academia and research, the research and development site of this system is located in Shanghai. With the technical support of the Image Recognition and Intelligent Control Laboratory of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the years of experience in equipment application and engineering implementation of Jinzhongde, the project has achieved the transformation from laboratory models to engineering products in just two years, and has been put into use in multiple pilot enterprises.

At present, the infrared 3D imaging system has gradually been applied to the production line of enterprise customers, demonstrating excellent defect recognition accuracy, adaptability to complex structural surfaces, and compatibility with existing production lines in actual production, greatly improving detection efficiency and quality consistency.
The success of this school enterprise cooperation not only marks a solid step forward for Jinzhongde in the field of intelligent detection, but also provides practical and feasible technical solutions for the digital and intelligent upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.
