On August 11th, the high-end new material research and development intelligent manufacturing base project of Guangdong Chuangfu New Materials Co., Ltd., with an annual output value of 1 billion yuan, officially started construction in Jiangmu New Energy Dual Carbon Industrial Park. This project will be based in Jiangmen, relying on the advantages of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area industrial cluster, forming a regional strategic layout radiating to southern China, and creating a green intelligent manufacturing demonstration base.
Since its establishment, Zhejiang Chuangfu New Materials Co., Ltd., the parent company of Guangdong Chuangfu New Materials Co., Ltd., has always focused on the strategic goal of developing new materials for the country. It regards the forefront development trend of the industry as an important direction for product research and development, and is committed to promoting the substitution of imported high-end polyolefin foam materials.
It is reported that the project plans to build 3 BOPP-C production lines and 1 BOPE production line, a total of 4 intelligent production lines. The production lines will adopt a German fully automated production system and be equipped with Japanese intelligent cutting and testing equipment. By integrating digital automatic production systems and intelligent CNC assembly technology, a full process intelligent factory for new material processing will be constructed, achieving highly automated production from raw materials to finished products. The products produced are mainly used in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, photovoltaics, wind power, new energy, automobiles and other fields.
The construction of the Chuangfu High end New Materials R&D Intelligent Manufacturing Base project will further improve the industrial ecology of Jiangmu New Energy Dual Carbon Industrial Park, help Xinhui District achieve new breakthroughs in the field of high-end new materials, and promote high-quality regional economic development.
