In 2018, Hubei Jinzhongde Technology Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and the University of Science and Technology of China officially signed a cooperation agreement in Hefei to jointly develop the "X-ray Thickness Measurement System" project, focusing on the high-precision measurement challenges in industrial automation testing. At present, the core software of the system has successfully obtained the National Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate, with registration number 2020SR0917770.
The X-ray thickness measurement system, as a key online detection technology in the high-end manufacturing field, has the technical advantages of non-contact, high precision, and strong real-time performance. It is widely used in the thickness control field of materials such as thin films, metal strips, and lithium battery separators. However, the system has extremely high requirements for X-ray source control, signal analysis algorithms, and security protection, and has long relied on foreign brands, which are expensive and difficult to maintain.
To solve the problem of key technology dependence, Jinzhongde teamed up with the University of Science and Technology of China, based on years of industrial field experience and the technical accumulation of universities in physical detection, image algorithms, and other fields, to jointly overcome the core module difficulties. From key technologies such as ray control algorithms, adaptive calibration mechanisms, and edge signal enhancement recognition, they gradually broke through and finally developed an X-ray thickness measurement system software platform that is compatible with domestic equipment and independently controllable.
This cooperation not only promotes the intelligent upgrade of the company's product line, but also achieves a core leap from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing". The system has been applied and tested in some supporting equipment of the company, showing stable performance and excellent accuracy, providing strong support for downstream material manufacturers to improve production efficiency and quality control.
