In 2019, Hubei Jinzhongde Science and Technology Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology and Nano bionics officially signed a cooperation agreement to jointly carry out research and development of cutting-edge functional materials and jointly focus on the graphene battery membrane composite material project. This achievement has successfully obtained an invention patent authorized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, patent number: CN202323255794. X.
With the rapid development of the new energy industry, especially electric vehicles and energy storage equipment, battery film materials are facing higher technological challenges in terms of energy density, safety performance, conductivity, and other aspects. Graphene is considered one of the key new materials for improving battery performance due to its high conductivity, good flexibility, and excellent chemical stability.
Based on the previous technological accumulation in the field of polymer film equipment and automated detection, Jinzhongde has launched a deep cooperation with Suzhou Nanotechnology Institute to jointly tackle core challenges such as the dispersion and composite technology of graphene materials, the interface bonding mechanism of battery films, and the stability of batch preparation processes. After more than a year of research and development, the project has successfully developed a new type of graphene composite film material suitable for lithium-ion batteries and flexible batteries, and has good scale preparation capabilities.
This patent achievement not only significantly improves material performance, but also provides a solid foundation for the company's future product layout in the fields of new energy membrane equipment and functional membrane processing equipment. Once the technology was launched, it attracted the attention of multiple new energy material companies, and some of the achievements have entered the pilot application stage.
Jin Zhongde stated that they will continue to deepen cooperation with the system research institutions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, carry out more systematic and forward-looking joint research and development in high-performance membrane materials, new energy equipment supporting technologies, etc., continuously break through key material and process bottlenecks, and inject "new technological momentum" into China's high-end manufacturing.
