In 2020, Hubei Jinzhongde Technology Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. officially signed a research cooperation agreement with Shandong University of Science and Technology to jointly develop a laser scanning thickness measurement system suitable for high-precision film manufacturing. The following year, it obtained software copyright registration from the National Copyright Administration with registration number 2021SR2059812.
This project relies on the scientific research advantages of Shandong University of Science and Technology in the fields of laser measurement and control, photoelectric detection, and intelligent systems, combined with the industry experience of Jinzhongde in the manufacturing of thin film equipment and automatic thickness measurement control systems, to jointly focus on the intelligent breakthrough of non-contact and online film thickness detection technology.
The system adopts high-frequency multi-point laser scanning technology, combined with intelligent algorithms to achieve real-time, high-precision, and non-destructive testing of film thickness on high-speed production lines, significantly improving product quality stability, reducing manual intervention rate, and providing a more intelligent and efficient solution for quality control in the thin film industry.
Since the launch of the project, both teams have worked closely together to achieve breakthroughs in key areas such as system architecture design, laser module parameter optimization, and measurement algorithm development, and have successfully built a prototype system with independent intellectual property rights. At present, the laser scanning thickness measurement system has been piloted and applied in some customers, with good feedback and promising market promotion prospects.
This cooperation not only marks an important technological upgrade for Jinzhongde in the field of intelligent detection equipment, but also once again reflects the company's technological roadmap of "promoting development through research and development and expanding the future through cooperation".
