In 2023, Hubei Jinzhongde Science and Technology Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences formally signed a cooperation agreement in Dalian, Liaoning Province, to jointly tackle key problems around the project of "bamboo fiber degradable mulching film", and strive to make technological breakthroughs in the field of new degradable agricultural film materials.
This cooperation focuses on the green and low-carbon development direction of "replacing plastic with bamboo" vigorously promoted by the country. The project uses natural bamboo fiber as the basic raw material, combined with advanced polymer modification and composite technology, to develop new plastic film products with good biodegradability, mechanical strength, and agricultural covering function.
Jin Zhongde provides a complete set of efficient film extrusion and forming technology support in this project, while Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics leverages its research advantages in natural fiber material modification and interface control technology. Both parties collaborated to tackle key issues, achieving phased results in the fusion of bamboo fiber and degradable substrates, membrane stability, and degradation cycle control.
Bamboo fiber degradable plastic film not only has the characteristics of environmental protection, renewability, and biodegradability, but also fully embodies the concept of resource recycling. It is expected to replace traditional polyethylene agricultural film and become an important carrier for promoting agricultural green transformation.
This cooperation is another upgrade attempt of Jinzhongde after multiple degradable membrane material technologies, marking a solid step forward for the company in the integration and innovation of "green materials+intelligent equipment". Jin Zhongde will continue to deepen cooperation with scientific research institutions, accelerate the industrialization of scientific research achievements, and inject more technological momentum into the development of agricultural environmental protection materials.
