In 2024, Hubei Jinzhongde Science and Technology Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences will once again work together to sign a strategic cooperation agreement in Dalian, Liaoning Province, jointly carry out the research and development of the "reed degradation film" project, and jointly explore the innovative application path of natural fiber in biodegradable film materials.
This project uses China's abundant natural reed resources as raw materials, and achieves the organic integration of reed fibers and degradable resins through polymer material compounding technology and degradation control mechanism. The goal is to develop a new generation of agricultural film products with covering performance, controllable degradation cycle, and soil friendliness.
As an advanced domestic manufacturer of thin film intelligent equipment, Jinzhongde will continue to export its technological accumulation in film forming processes, material extrusion uniformity, and industrial stability control; Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics relies on its natural material activation and structural regulation research platform to jointly break through technical bottlenecks such as fiber dispersion, interface compatibility, and degradation regulation.
Reed, as a perennial herbaceous plant, has a short growth cycle and strong renewability, and has a wide range of ecological values. This cooperation is not only a key part of Jinzhongde's implementation of the "grass instead of plastic" strategy, but also another major attempt by the company after exploring biodegradable materials such as bamboo fiber and PLA.
Once the project matures and is put into operation, the degradation of reed film will provide a new solution for China's agricultural green development and rural white pollution control, further consolidating Jinzhongde's leading position in the field of "green film+intelligent equipment".
